Don’t waste your 20’s or your 30’s (as I did)…feeling miserable, overweight and defeated. Gain control, gain confidence, and get real expectations for yourself. Surgery, and fad diets DON’T WORK long term and will not give you a healthy lifetime of good results. Focus on a sensible diet (calories in, calories out do the math – write it down), and incorporate something you LOVE like ZUMBA 4-6 hours a week. And if you are in your 40's +, no need to worry...that's when I finally got a grip and you can too!
